Description
The Lemont Park District is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for the Derby Farms Park Utilities project. Bidders must complete the qualification process and submit the required qualification documents with their bids. A bid guarantee of at least 10% of the bid is required; the successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material payment bonds for the full contract amount. The contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
