Description
The City seeks a contractor to remove and replace sidewalks in multiple project areas, along with related work such as driveway pavement, detectable warning panels, pavement and bike-path removal, paver and tile replacement, tree-stump removal, and adjustments to utility boxes and manholes. The work also includes restoration, traffic control, coordination with residents and utilities, and compliance with applicable construction and prevailing-wage requirements. The contractor must collect and provide specified GPS and GIS as-built data during construction and submit as-built drawings. The bid requires a completed bid table and proposal, bid security equal to at least 10% of the base bid, and the required bid affidavits and certifications. The project is to be completed by June 4, 2027, with up to 20 additional working days for punch-list items.
