Description
The City of Erlanger is soliciting bids for the installation of various types of fencing at Silverlake Park. The project includes the removal of existing chain link fences and heavy vegetation, followed by the installation of approximately 240 linear feet of 4-board horse fence, 350 linear feet of 6-foot vinyl privacy fence, and 543 linear feet of 12-foot black vinyl coated chain link fence around tennis courts. The horse fence will feature 7-8 inch round posts set in concrete with 1x6 treated poplar rails, painted black. The privacy fence will be tan vinyl. The chain link fence will be 9-gauge core with a 6-gauge finish, Schedule 40 poles, with a bottom rail and four gates. All disturbed areas will be re-seeded and strawed, with topsoil added as needed for the privacy fence. The contractor is responsible for site grading and debris removal. The project also includes sawcutting the blacktop court for the chain link fence installation and installing three single walk-through gates and one double drive-through gate.
