Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for EBSCO Discovery Service for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. The subscription must provide a unified discovery platform for electronic resources, including MEDLINE Ultimate, an eBook Nursing Collection, and an eBook Medical Collection, with access through the facility’s local intranet and integration with its SharePoint environment. The contractor must remotely install and customize the service, provide technical support, troubleshooting, database upgrades, system updates, customized online tutorials, comprehensive training, job aids, and promotional materials. The contract includes one base year and four option years, with performance scheduled from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. Offers will be evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance.
