Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking one new ProGator 2030A diesel utility tractor and one compatible HD300 SelectSpray sprayer, or brand-name equivalents. The tractor must meet detailed requirements for a three-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine, drivetrain, electrical system, suspension, operator station, enclosed heater/air-conditioning cab, hydraulic steering, and related equipment. All components must be brand new. The attached sprayer must be compatible with the purchased utility vehicle and include a 300-gallon polyethylene tank, diaphragm or centrifugal pump, adjustable spray booms, manual or automatic rate control, pressure and flow regulation, filtration, electric boom shutoff valves, and a personal wash system. Both line items are firm-fixed-price supplies, with delivery required within 90 calendar days after award receipt. Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability, past performance, and total evaluated price; award is expected to go to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror with a Green or better Supplier Performance Risk System rating.
