Description
Winnebago County Solid Waste is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified waste-hauling contractors to provide hauling services for solid waste and recyclable materials originating at its Transfer Station. The solicitation includes technical requirements, a proposal cost form, a proposal response form, and a fuel-surcharge exhibit. The stated contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the Transfer Station before proposals are due.
