Description
The Pennsylvania Tourism Signing Trust is soliciting sealed bids for Project 100-33, involving the furnishing and installation of approximately 2,132 square feet of new and replacement PennDOT Type A and Type B logo information signs at multiple locations in Venango, Somerset, Butler, Clarion, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. The work includes sign panels, steel S- or W-beam posts, breakaway systems, concrete foundations, traffic maintenance, removal and resetting or relocation of existing signs, and mounting or remounting business logos. The contractor must complete the work within 160 consecutive calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must have PennDOT “R” prequalification as a prime contractor or subcontractor. The bid must include the required PennBID forms and documents, a bid bond or certified check equal to at least 10% of the bid total, and an executed anti-collusion affidavit or statement. The solicitation also requires compliance with Pennsylvania prevailing-wage, insurance, public-works employment-verification, traffic-control, and applicable PennDOT requirements.
