SECTION 00020 NOTICE INVITING BIDS Lake Havasu City PROJECT NO.: B27-PW-SM313N-500859 PROJECT NAME: FY 2026-2027 CRACK/MASTIC SEAL PROGRAM PRE-BID MEETING: NONE BID DUE DATE: October 28, 2026 BID DUE TIME: 3:00 p.m., ARIZONA TIME PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 720,000 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material into cracks smaller than 1 ½ inches in asphalt concrete pavement and up to 93,796 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 ½ inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor application will be with straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 (five) Crack Seal machines. The paved areas include City owned roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths, within Lake Havasu City, AZ. Work is expected

Lake Havasu City is soliciting bids for its FY 2026–2027 Crack/Mastic Seal Program. The contractor will hot-apply up to 720,000 pounds of City-supplied Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material to cracks smaller than 1.5 inches and up to 93,796 pounds of City-supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material to cracks wider than 1.5 inches in asphalt-concrete pavement. Work will be performed on City-owned roadways, parking lots, and multi-use paths within Lake Havasu City. Application must use straight applicator-tipped wands, rubber squeegees, or other City-approved methods, and is limited to no more than five crack-sealing machines. Work is expected to begin in December 2026.
