Description
The contractor will operate the Military Post Office, Postal Service Center, and Official Postal Center, providing retail postal services, mail receipt, sorting, processing, dispatch, directory services, and accountable-mail handling. The scope also includes scheduled transportation between the base and Seville International Airport, runs to Naval Station Rota, host-nation customs coordination, postal financial and inventory controls, and required records management and reporting. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a full-time on-site program manager and a postal supervisor with a U.S. Secret clearance. The work includes staffing, training, security, transition, and contingency-surge support. The contract is firm-fixed-price, with a base year and four one-year options.
