Description
The Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth is seeking proposals for a qualified vendor to develop a comprehensive Virginia Notary Public Course of Instruction and Examination. The resulting materials must comply with Section 47.1-5.2 of the Code of Virginia and are subject to approval by the Secretary of the Commonwealth. The successful offeror must provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the course and examination development. The scope includes instructional aids such as courses, prepared lesson plans, programs, ancillary materials, and videos. The opportunity is identified as a Small Business Set-Aside for Award Priority, and implementation is required by January 1, 2027.
