Description
This Sources Sought Request for Information seeks qualified firms specializing in executive-level recruitment to identify and attract passive candidates for Senior Executive Service and Senior Level equivalent vacancies. The required capabilities include proprietary-network and database sourcing, direct headhunting, recruitment marketing, candidate qualification, assistance with USAJobs applications, candidate contact tracking, application-submission notifications, and weekly status reporting. Searches may cover patent, trademark, information technology, finance, cybersecurity, general law, and administrative services positions. The agency anticipates establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement with a base year and four option years, with multiple executive searches annually and no estimated search volume currently available. Respondents must provide a tailored capability statement, relevant organizational and staff capability information, past-performance information with customer contacts, and applicable business, certification, and authorization details.
