Description
The Randolph County School System is soliciting proposals for a complete, operational elementary school playground. The scope includes playground design and layout; furnishing playground equipment; freight and delivery; site preparation, grading, and drainage; installation and assembly; protective safety surfacing; accessible routes and play features; borders, curbing, or containment systems; permits, inspections, project management, final safety inspection, warranty documentation, cleanup, and debris removal. The playground must be safe, durable, age-appropriate, accessible, inclusive, and engaging, and must comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes, standards, playground safety requirements, and accessibility requirements. The total proposed cost may not exceed $165,000, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, services, and incidental items necessary for completion.
