Brooks County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the FY 2026 LMIG SAP—Safety Action Plan. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for work on five roads totaling approximately 30 linear miles, including traffic striping, raised pavement markers, stop bar striping, and associated measures, in accordance with the construction drawings, plans, and specifications. The project will be awarded under one contract. Substantial completion is required within 180 consecutive calendar days, with all work complete and ready for contract close-out within 194 consecutive calendar days. Bidders must be pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation contractors, and the bid must include a Bid Bond or certified cashier’s check for at least 10 percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide 100 percent Performance and Payment Bonds. A completed Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act affidavit is mandatory with the bid.
