Description
The Town of Ansonville is soliciting qualified, licensed general contractors to provide housing rehabilitation and reconstruction services for approximately three qualified, low- to moderate-income, owner-occupied single-family properties. The work may include installation of new manufactured housing, utility hookups, driveway improvements, decks, stairs, ramps, storage units, removal or demolition of existing housing, and related construction activities. Contractors must complete the required Contractor Application and bid package for the properties identified as ANSON001 through ANSON003. The selected contractor will be expected to coordinate with the town, Centralina Regional Council, and project subcontractors; participate in regular in-person and/or virtual meetings; and accommodate weekly virtual inspections during construction.
