Description
The district seeks a contractor to provide custodial labor, on-site management, supervision, and technical support at two school district facilities. Work includes routine daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal cleaning of classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, gym areas, and other spaces, as well as floor care, carpet extraction, window cleaning, disinfection, and related tasks. The district will provide specified consumable supplies; the contractor must provide and maintain the equipment needed for the work. The proposal must describe the service implementation and staffing plans, employee screening and training, management team, cleaning procedures, safety programs, and other operational details. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing custodial services at educational facilities, provide three years of annual reports as evidence of financial condition, and carry the specified general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. The contract is for three years, with an option to extend.
