Description
Genesee County seeks renewal of VMware vSphere Foundation subscription licensing for 288 cores to support its existing virtualized server environment. The renewal includes the components and entitlements in the manufacturer's standard subscription, software updates and security patches, and manufacturer-provided technical support. The vendor must ensure the licenses and entitlements are available through the manufacturer's licensing portal and maintain continuity with the existing environment without hardware replacement, virtual-machine migration, or infrastructure reconfiguration. Bids must be for the specified VMware subscription; alternative products and editions are not accepted, and the vendor must be an authorized reseller. The subscription period is 12 months, with up to three additional one-year extensions.
