Description
Holly Area School District is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for construction of the Sherman Early Childhood Center at 14470 N. Holly Road. Bidding documents consist of plans and specifications prepared by GMB Architecture + Engineering and are available through Pipeline or for review at AUCH Construction's office. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Construction Manager. A Familial Disclosure Statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act must be completed and notarized. For proposals exceeding $31,321, bidders must provide either a bid bond from an acceptable U.S. Treasury-listed surety company or a cashier's check payable to Holly Area Schools in an amount of at least 5% of the proposal. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
