Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for herbicide application treatment of approximately 110 acres of woody invasive species at two sites within the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge: Wabasha Prairie, consisting of approximately 60 acres, and HalfMoon Landing, consisting of approximately 50 acres. The contractor must perform hazardous fuels reduction in accordance with the Statement of Work, including the specified herbicide requirements and performance standards. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead and include the total quoted price for both areas, price validity period, proposed herbicide brand name or equal information, firm details, UEI, point-of-contact information, and technical information sufficient to demonstrate methods, equipment, staffing, safety procedures, required certifications, licenses, and training. The Government will evaluate technical acceptability, past performance, and price using a best-value tradeoff; three examples of successful, timely completion of similar work are required. The contract has a stated period of performance from May 3, 2027, through September 30, 2027.
