Description
The project includes renovating approximately 5,800 square feet of existing warehouse office space, including minor demolition and construction of a new entrance and offices. It also includes improvements to approximately 14,500 square feet of warehouse space, including replacement of certain overhead doors and mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems, along with associated work. Exterior work includes constructing an approximately 8,000-square-foot canopy and applying a complete roof overlay to the existing 53,700-square-foot building.
