COUNTY OF BERNALILLO Request for Qualifications (RFQ) RFQ # 52-26-NH Bernalillo County Develop- ment Partner on a Rolling Submission Basis (Round 1) Bernalillo County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify experienced real estate developers (“Devel- opers”) with demonstrated expertise in housing and mixed-use development to en- ter co-development partner- ships with the County. Projects may include, but are not limited to, land acquisition, affordable housing development, mixed- use development, and adaptive reuse of existing properties. This RFQ will remain open until formally closed by Bernalillo County, and responses will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The County reserves the right to modify the terms and con- ditions of this RFQ at any time. Interested Developers are responsible for monitoring the County's procurement postings for updates. A non-mandatory pre- qualification conference will be held on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Bernalillo County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify experienced real estate developers with demonstrated expertise in housing and mixed-use development to enter co-development partnerships with the County.
