Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a special notice for an upcoming design and construction competition for HQ USMC Phase 2 relocatable buildings. The anticipated acquisition will use a Progressive Design-Build approach under 10 USC 2808a Other Transaction Authority for Construction. This notice is for planning and industry feedback before the official solicitation is released. An Industry Day will provide an overview of the project, acquisition strategy, and anticipated requirements; general questions and industry input will be accepted, but discussions will be unofficial and nonbinding. Official questions and answers will be handled after the program solicitation is released. Interested parties must RSVP by email to attend and will receive the Microsoft Teams link later.
