Description
The City of Clermont is soliciting bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of two preassembled, double-sided gray granite columbaria and two polished gray granite benches at Oak Hill Cemetery. Each columbarium must provide 48 niche spaces, include polished gray granite construction, a pitched roof, a 4-inch granite floor, and black granite niche doors. The benches must match the existing cemetery benches and include partially below-grade bases. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, rigging, delivery, installation, cleanup, permits, and required licenses. The contractor must submit a gray granite sample for written approval before ordering or fabricating the structures and identify the proposed manufacturer with supporting product information. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience and provide at least three similar projects completed within the past five years. The project budget is $80,000, and substantial completion must occur within 180 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed or purchase order, followed by final completion within 30 additional calendar days.
