Description
The United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development mission area, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for judicial and non-judicial foreclosure legal services and related technical support in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Arkansas. The contractor will provide foreclosure, eviction, mediation, and bankruptcy services for up to 100 accounts per state, including contested and uncontested foreclosures, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy representation, evictions, and related legal actions. The contractor must be a licensed law firm in good standing in the required states or have a teaming arrangement covering all jurisdictions. This is an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price requirement with time-and-materials line items and a one-year period of performance. The solicitation was updated with a September 14, 2026 offer deadline; the notice states that proposals submitted while the solicitation is paused will not be accepted.
