Description
The National Park Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for construction services to replace eleven metal pipe swing gates throughout Dinosaur National Monument. The work includes removing and legally disposing of existing gates, posts, footings, signs, and reflectors; fabricating and installing new single- and double-leaf gates; constructing concrete footings; installing 72 bollards, signage, and reflectors; painting gates OSHA Safety Yellow; and providing hardware, portable toilets, waste disposal, safety planning, and mobilization. Gate dimensions and site conditions must be field verified, and the work spans locations in Utah and Colorado. The contractor must submit an all-inclusive firm-fixed price, complete the solicitation price schedule and Attachment 6 price breakdown, and provide the required quotation forms, certifications, and contractor information. Award will be based on the lowest-priced quotation meeting the requirements. The project is a 100% small-business set-aside, with an estimated magnitude of $25,000 to $100,000. Performance is scheduled from November 20, 2026, through September 30, 2027; performance and payment bonds and an offer guarantee are not required, although liability insurance is required before work begins.
