Description
Cardinal Hayes High School is soliciting fully managed dedicated Internet access with transport service, requiring at least 1 Gbps download and upload capacity and pricing for 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 5 Gbps service levels. The service must provide dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, no data caps or usage-based throttling, and termination at the applicant’s building demarcation point/MDF. Providers must include a /29 static IP address block and identify the proposed demarcation equipment and handoff. The proposal should include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, including site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Optional pricing may be provided for router leasing, advanced firewall services, and DDoS protection. Service is needed beginning July 1, 2027, with requested pricing for a 36-month term and two optional 12-month extensions. Proposals must include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, provider terms and conditions, and the completed pricing attachment in Excel format.
