Description
Escalante City is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide funding procurement assistance, planning, technical coordination, surveying, engineering design, construction engineering, and construction management for Escalante City Park Improvements. The engineer of record must be licensed in Utah. The anticipated park redevelopment includes playground equipment, a pavilion, restrooms, a bike pump track, a dog park, walking trails, grading, drainage, utilities, and low-water landscaping. Services may also include concept planning, phasing, cost estimates, grant applications, and supporting materials for CDBG, CPR, UORG, LWCF, RTP, and other funding programs. The SOQ must address the firm's qualifications, relevant project experience, key personnel, references, familiarity with the city, communication plan, and personnel availability. Submissions are limited to five pages, excluding the cover and letter of interest, and must be submitted as a single PDF.
