Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution El Reno, is soliciting quotations from small businesses for a firm-fixed-price supply requirement covering approximately 97 line items of food products. The requirement includes kosher and halal prepared meals and individual foods, as well as bulk and packaged staples such as cereals, canned vegetables, dairy products, spices, sauces, oils, grains, baking ingredients, and other subsistence items. Products must meet the detailed specifications in the solicitation, including applicable kosher or halal certification, packaging, labeling, shelf-life, and product-composition requirements. All items must be delivered FOB destination during October 1–31, 2026, with delivery completed by October 31, 2026. Deliveries must be palletized, temperature-controlled as specified for perishable and frozen foods, and compatible with a four-foot elevated unloading dock. The quote must include vendor identification and either page 19 or pages 19–28 of the solicitation's representations and certifications, depending on whether the certifications are completed online or on paper. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price, and poor prior performance may result in a non-responsibility determination.
