Description
The City of Fairfax is soliciting an as-needed term contract for sealing services on brick, masonry, and concrete. The required base service is application of two coats of Silane and Siloxane penetrating sealer using low-pressure airless spray equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's directions. The bid submission form requires pricing for the base sealing service on a per-square-foot basis, along with optional time-and-material markup rates for services not otherwise listed. The solicitation states that award will be made to the lowest bidder for Line Item 1; Line Item 2 is optional and will not be considered in the award evaluation. Bidders must complete the provided Bid Submission Form, including business information, comparable references from at least three agencies or commercial clients within the past two years, certifications, addenda acknowledgment, and pricing.
