Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting non-personal services for collection, pickup, container rental, cleaning, labeling, maintenance, and disposal of edible food waste at U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria-Hohenfels. The contractor must provide 120-liter containers, a 28.4-cubic-meter refrigerator unit for interim storage, transportation, disposal documentation, weight-ticket-based invoicing, and additional pickup and container support for rotational training activities. Routine service includes scheduled pickups at garrison facilities, with on-call support potentially required seven days per week at training locations. The requirement has a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2031. Award will be made to a single responsible quoter under a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation. Technical submissions require valid German waste-management accreditation, certified waste-management specialists as program manager and alternate, relevant experience, subcontracting information, supplier-performance information, and applicable representations and certifications. The solicitation also requires fully priced CLIN and ELIN schedules, technical and price data, and specified tax and defense-related forms.
