Description
The Indian Health Service is procuring five MovinCool Climate Pro K18E or equal portable air conditioning units as an emergency contingency measure for Gallup Indian Medical Center. Each unit must cool approximately 550–700 square feet and provide 16,800 BTU/h of cooling on 115V AC power. The units must include all necessary accessories, power cords, and setup instructions, with delivery to the medical center. The contractor must provide five fully functional units, manuals, manufacturer warranty information, and technical support information. The purchase is intended as a temporary backup while the hospital's aging chillers remain at risk of failure. The period of performance runs from contract award through December 31, 2026. Quotes must be emailed to the Contract Specialist by September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time, and must include a signed copy of Amendment One.
