The City of Tempe is accepting applications for professional consulting services in eighteen disciplines to establish the 2027-2029 On-Call Consultant Short List. Disciplines include appraisers, archaeology/historic preservation, architecture, civil engineering, construction management, cost estimating, electrical engineering, environmental/geotechnical engineering, hydrogeologic/geologic services, landscape architecture, mechanical engineering, right-of-way land services, structural engineering, surveying, title research/escrow, transportation engineering, transportation planning, and water/wastewater engineering. Applications are submitted online via PMWeb, and the deadline is September 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Arizona time. Questions are due by September 11, 2026.
