Description
The City of Chattanooga is soliciting vegetation clearing at Summit Landfill and replacement of groundwater monitoring well MW-11. The work is divided into two phases: well replacement, with 60 calendar days allowed, and vegetation clearing, with 90 days allowed. The phases may occur concurrently, each will have a separate Notice to Proceed, and liquidated damages apply separately to each phase.
