Description
The project includes construction of a 3-million-gallon prestressed concrete equalization basin and a new wet-weather pump station, upgrades to the existing Amos Road and Green Gap pump stations, and associated site work, yard piping, electrical, controls, and other work needed to deliver a complete, functional facility. The contract is a single-prime, unit-price construction contract. Bidders must hold the appropriate contractor license classification. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Hamilton County DBE procedures will be part of bid evaluation.
