Description
Hillsboro School District 1J is requesting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category 1 data transport services. The scope includes two fiber strands of leased dark fiber and one 100 Gbps leased lit fiber connection, with installation and initial configuration. The services are intended to support educational programs, business operations, and public safety communications. The attached cost proposal form requests pricing for one-year terms, monthly recurring charges, other fees and charges, estimated taxes and fees, non-recurring installation, and non-recurring special construction. Proposals must comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and Schools and Libraries program requirements; providers must maintain compliance throughout the contract period and provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number. Marketing material and unsolicited or automated responses are prohibited. Proposals are not accepted by email and must use the submission method specified in the associated RFP documents.
