Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a quote for brand-name Apryse MiPACS perpetual site licenses and a first-year support agreement for VA dental clinics. Previously purchased site licenses are already covered by a separate service agreement and are not included in this quote. The updated requirement covers new licenses and requires their own first-year OEM support agreement. Support includes defect reporting and resolution, version updates, and other software changes covered by the OEM warranty and support agreement. The previously stated PHI and Business Associate Agreement requirements were deleted because support calls will involve local maintenance personnel accessing the system during live calls, without vendor access to PHI. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and offers must be emailed by the revised deadline.
