Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of sterile, disposable surgical drapes. The requested item is a small, transparent plastic sheet with a 1-1/4-inch by 17-3/8-inch adhesive area, protective liner, individual sealing, and intended use in general surgery. The solicitation identifies NSN 6530-01-047-9697 and manufacturer part number 1000 from Solventum US LLC. The item must be packaged commercially in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers, with packaging and marking compliant with the applicable DLA requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and MIL-STD-129. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Alternate offers must include complete technical data, including the source and part number; the item is FDA-regulated and has a 36-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement.
