Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research for potential operations and maintenance support covering technical, functional, and business operations for its Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), Oracle Federal Financials, Oracle Hyperion, Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS), Qlik Sense and QlikView, and related financial applications and interfaces. The anticipated work includes module support, general ledger and financial reporting, iProcurement, user provisioning, reconciliation, help desk support, training, change management, testing, system integrity monitoring, period-end processing, audit readiness, internal controls, CFO audit support, and special financial-management initiatives such as e-invoicing and G-invoicing. Respondents must submit a tailored capability statement addressing their current capabilities and relevant experience, including work performed within the past three years for the Indian Health Service, the Department of Health and Human Services, or another federal agency. The response must include a cover page, executive summary, technical areas in the listed order, past performance, and optional other information. The capability statement is limited to 10 pages excluding past-performance information, must use at least 10-point font, and may be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The draft performance work statement describes a one-year base period with four 12-month option periods, on-site support primarily at the Indian Health Service facility in Rockville, Maryland, and a possible 30-day transition period; these details are for the potential future acquisition and are not themselves an award or solicitation.
