Description
The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from financial institutions to provide a non-revolving line of credit at the lowest overall borrowing cost, subject to the conditions stated in the solicitation. Loan proceeds will finance the acquisition of land within the city and the costs associated with issuing the loan.
