The City of Pocatello is requesting qualifications from firms to serve as the Resident Project Representative and provide construction engineering and inspection services for the Centennial-Rainey Levee Setback and Ecosystem Enhancement Project. The project involves setting back levees along the Portneuf River near Rainey Park and Centennial Park to support stream restoration, wetland creation, and stormwater infrastructure improvements. The selected consultant must have substantive experience with public infrastructure projects, wetland creation or modification, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, and applicable local and state infrastructure-improvement requirements. The project is funded through a WaterSMART grant from the U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation.
