Description
The City of Joliet Department of Public Works seeks a contractor to supplement its Electric Division in maintaining the city’s traffic signal and streetlight systems. The scope includes traffic signals, underpass fixtures and illuminated signs, fiber and communications equipment, electrical cables and conduits, lighting controllers, poles, detection systems, and related infrastructure. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and equipment, support 24/7 dispatch and emergency response, and meet a one-hour in-district response requirement. The dispatch function cannot be subcontracted.
