Description
The selected firm will provide media relations, including media planning, press releases, media-request support, coverage analysis, crisis communications, and an online annual report template with graphic design. It will develop and manage social media content and channels, oversee website content, and provide monitoring reports and performance metrics. Community engagement work includes advising on strategy and messaging, managing stakeholder outreach and relationships, and supporting special events with logistics, media outreach, talking points, speeches, and participant coordination. The firm will also coordinate with a separately engaged thought leadership firm, sharing media intelligence and supporting scheduling and message consistency. Thought leadership strategy and pitching are excluded from the initial scope while that firm remains engaged, but must be priced separately in case those services later fold into this contract. Proposals must include a monthly retainer and itemized pricing, firm qualifications, key personnel, an approach with preliminary concepts, work samples, at least three client references, insurance documentation or a broker letter, and the completed Economic Disclosure Statement and Forms. The contract is for one year, with up to two one-year renewal options.
