Description

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority is seeking proposals for insurance brokerage and benefits consulting services. The scope includes insurance brokerage and consulting for the Authority's liability, property, automobile, workers' compensation, crime, pollution, employment practices, cyber, errors and omissions, and other insurance programs, including compiling underwriting information, marketing and placing coverage, advising on risk and coverage, issuing certificates, and supporting claims and loss-control activities. The contractor will also provide employee benefits consulting, including benefits-related board reports, employee benefits and health and wellness education, open-enrollment support, employee communications, benefits surveys, and assistance with employee and regulatory inquiries. The procurement is a best-value, firm-fixed-price contract with a three-year base period and two one-year options. Proposals must include a separate technical proposal, price proposal using the unaltered Attachment B template, required proposal forms in their native formats, and supporting documents.
