The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Real Estate department is issuing multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) for the lease of retail and storage spaces at three transit stations in New York. RFP No. TG0625026 offers the opportunity to lease a retail unit and storage space at Metro-North's White Plains Station in White Plains, NY. RFP No. TG06292026 offers retail space at Metro-North's North White Plains Station. RFP No. GD062926 (LIRR) offers a 695 square foot retail space at LIRR's Kew Gardens Station in Queens.
