Description
This Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information seeks U.S. commercial, traditional, and non-traditional aerospace entities capable of serving as direct parent awardees in a standing pool of Agreement Holders under a multi-award, multi-platform Other Transaction Agreement. The anticipated program supports aircraft sustainment and parts obsolescence resolution across multiple aircraft platforms, with future competitive Prototype Project Orders and potential follow-on production transactions. Capabilities of interest include additive and subtractive manufacturing, composite tooling, reverse engineering and 3D scanning, technical data package generation, military airworthiness certification support, avionics and electronics, wire harnesses and RF cable assemblies, environmental and reliability testing, embedded software and firmware prototyping, model-based systems engineering, kitting and logistics, repair, overhaul, modification, and systems integration. Respondents must address applicable aerospace quality, manufacturing, security, cybersecurity, export-control, facility-clearance, and technical-data certifications. Responses are limited to 10 pages, excluding the title page and table of contents, and may be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word format. The response must include corporate and teaming information, statutory eligibility strategy, technical capabilities, certification evidence, logistics capabilities, intellectual-property position, and up to three relevant projects completed within the past five years.
