Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for eight diver's suit jackets, NSN 4220-01-441-1359, under purchase request 7017585313. The jackets must comply with the cited source-control drawing, approved-source requirements, applicable technical and quality requirements, domestic-material restrictions, packaging requirements, shelf-life requirements, and MIL-STD-129 marking requirements. The solicitation identifies a medium-size jacket configuration and approved or referenced sources including Harveys Skin Diving Suits Inc., Aquatic Fabricators of South Florida, and Henderson Aquatics Inc.; offerors not already approved must obtain source approval and submit the required approval documentation with their quote. The items are to be delivered FOB origin within 90 days after delivery-order acknowledgment, with origin inspection and acceptance. Packaging includes waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bags and specified military preservation, packing, and marking requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by October 19, 2026. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
