Description
This notice serves as a consolidation of requirements for the MAPS acquisition, merging the RS3 and ITES-3S contracts. The Department of the Army, through ACC-APG, has determined that this consolidation is necessary and justified. The primary benefits include projected lower overall prices for the Government, significant operational efficiencies, and improved mission performance. By consolidating two contracts into one, the Government aims to eliminate duplicative procurement and management efforts, thereby reducing costs and administrative burdens. The Government would like to thank industry for its valuable feedback and participation in the survey and prior draft iterations. This input has helped shape and strengthen the MAPS acquisition. With this post, we are happy to provide our final draft of the MAPS RFP and summary of changes in anticipation of the official RFP release. Our schedule for this release remains on track for the end of March/beginning of April 2026.
