Description
The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering intends to increase the ceiling of existing IDIQ Contract No. 75N92022D00014 through a noncompetitive modification to continue Coordination Center support for the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx-Tech) innovation funnel and related NIH translational activities. The notice states that the action is intended for the Massachusetts General Hospital Consortia for Improving Medicine with Innovation and Technology (CIMIT) as the only responsible source and is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. The Coordination Center provides centralized operational oversight and day-to-day communication and scheduling; application solicitation, electronic submission, evaluation, and data management; project management; website management; technical and business support; coordination of clinical and commercialization resources; standard operating procedure development; and progress reporting. Interested organizations may submit capability statements addressing each requirement separately, employee count, personnel qualifications, facilities and equipment, similar research projects, and other relevant information. Respondents must maintain active SAM registration and must not include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information.
