Description
Black Butte School District 41 is soliciting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and internet access services. The required service includes internet access and data transmission with a capacity between 1024 Mbps and 5120 Mbps. The contract will be funded through the FCC E-rate program (Form 470 #270000099) for Funding Year 2027. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP document and Oregon procurement laws. Proposals will not be accepted by email; the submission method is specified in the RFP document. The deadline for proposals is October 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM PST. Service providers must be SLD compliant and provide a valid SPIN.
