Description
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms with experience in the rehabilitation of pressurized sewer mains (force mains). The primary goal of this project is to implement improvements to the South Shore Force Main (SSFM) that address identified condition-related risks and support reliable operation. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering services including project management, design, and construction support as needed. The RFP requires submission of a transmittal letter, project manager/key personnel information, overall qualification of firm/team, project approach, schedule, level of effort spreadsheet, SBE involvement, local office preference, RISE intern utilization, resumes, non-discrimination certification, RISE employer commitment form, EEO data form, and compensation proposal.
