Submission Instructions
Description
Milwaukee Public Schools is soliciting proposals for wireless access points and associated licenses to be installed in district school buildings. The solicitation specifically excludes installation services. Resulting projects are anticipated to be eligible for the federal E-rate program. Required submission materials include a cover page, SPIN information, FCC registration number, red-light status, debarment status, free-services information, proffer of insurance, duplication-of-services information, cost proposal, national-security information, compatibility information, and the provided cost proposal worksheet. Optional or recommended materials include exceptions, description of services, implementation plan, E-rate experience, service-provider firm information, references, and customer-service information.
